Godaddy is expensive for eCommerce. If you compare prices, you will find Shopify has comparatively fewer monthly fees than GoDaddy.

Shopify: $29/month +2.0%/transaction

Alternatively, you can also host and build websites with WordPress. However, if you do not have high sales/traffic then you do not require powerful servers.
